My understanding is, you are looking for a tool which should list the ODBC source. Selecting a db source, it should list the table details. A description helper text will be provided and should be displayed along with table name if a match is found. The tool also be able to allow SQL modifications before running it to covert into access database. Please comment on my understaning. I'll be able to write in any .Net languages including C++.

You can use DAO for creating or modifying the ODBC link within MS Access database programmatically. This will be a very quick solution. Need a few hours only. I just need to have your sample of database.
