Description

We are looking for a web designer with an extensive portfolio so that we may give you more details about this project. It will basically consist of a website that uses flash as well as a PHP backend that you will have to create. We will also need a messenger-like application that is customizable in looks and will accept all different messenger connections (ICQ, MSN, Skype etc).
