Description: I am looking for an advanced language processing/generation tool which can take a database of textual information as input, and generate random, unique, grammatically and contextually correct English-styled sentences for output. You're encouraged to use existing tools/resources for analyzing phrases, parts of speech, word relationships, etc... I'm looking for something much more advanced than a simple Markov algorithm.

I'm interested in a functionality similar to that shown here:
