Description

Company desires responsible project manager, database programmer, and .NET programmer for an HTML, IPTV project. The project is ongoing, and will require an initial training and trial period - with the position becoming, or moving into a more permanent role.

I am looking for someone in either Europe, or the Western Hemisphere (Canada, USA, Latin/South America, Caribbean). Due to time zone requirements, and payment issues, and some future need for travel I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY OFFERS FROM INDIAN OR ASIAN APPLICANTS. If I see that you work from these areas, I won't be reading your responses, so please don't send them.

My need for a good programmer is foremost, but the need to speak English and Spanish is also a HUGE plus. This work may require speaking in Spanish to our customers, and also liasing with me (I speak English only), therefore, bi-lingual Latin American applicants are preferred.

Below are the skill sets - the initial job should take 40-100 hours, and will likely become ongoing on a 10 hour per week basis.
