Description:	I need a utility or a add-in that can when pressing on a .csv files to changes the format of the fields in Excel. - The problem at the moment is for example if importing the following file: 00032323 32-32-3223 abcd dfdsfds 123 Then Excel automatically changes the format of the fields to Number, Date, Char, char, Number I need a utility that will automatically when double clicking on .csv files in Windows put the data in the format as for example: 00032323 32-32-3223 abcd dfdsfds 123 text text text text number So the logic is when there are leading zeros the fields become text and if there are "-" in the number or text the field becomes a text not a date. I need a utility that will do this automatically when double clicking on the .csv file in Windows, I don't want a utility where I have to press a button or run through some kind of filter before, needs to be automatic.
