Description

We are looking to build an Ebay Research Tool. The first bit of the project would be to search Ebay users from every different Ebay site and to be able to show the users with the highest feedback. If this is possible, we would then need to be able to add certain filters like only users above 25,000 feedback etc.. If this part of the project is possible and can be built, we would then discuss more about building the software further..
