Description

Hello, looking for someone who can take care of the following for me:

I have a php files on the web (it will query a database) and return name - forwarding number format for about 100+ entries.. the result return would be like the following in html format:

John Doe - 6239991001
Mary Jane - 6239991002
David Smith - 6239991001
Christine Davis - 6237869382

i would like a module that would automatically goto www.xxxxxxx.com/updates.php, download the updates parse it and update the dial by name directory every 10 minutes.
there is no extension/follow me associated with those numbers. preferably don't need to deal with it. but if you have to create a bunch of externsion/follow-me as part of the process to make it work, that is fine but if it can be setup where it detect the name, then forward directly is prefered.

let me know how much and estimate time of completion.
also i am not good with linux so would need help installing it. preferably created as a module where i can just upload the module and configure it right on the web interface

This doesn't need to be C++, can be PHP or Perl/CGI, and wrapped it as a cron-job script where you can set the schedule as well.
