My solution provides a bluetooth modem( included in the bid amount) that you can connect to any pc and software with the following features:
1- ability to send text + limited size images.
2- ability to schedule offers/ads.
3- Report generation of which offers are currently being broadcasted, stopped or scheduled for future broadcasting.
4- report generation of who received your offers and how many times.
5- the ability to make restrictions on who receives your offers.
6- projects are saved into files which can be easily moved to another pc and work properly.
