Hi,


We need a website created within 1 week. Our budget is capped at $300 USD. so please do not bid if your amount is higher than our budget. Feel free to bid less though if you feel you can be competitive.

It is a simple website that acts as a business card and displays information about our company and our services. it is only 1 layer deep.

The site has an index (homepage) and tabs that link to pages on our site that contain more information.

In total there will be only approximately 5 tabs
such as Products, services, contact us, about us, etc.

I have a background in a .eps format that has already been designed for us. You can use this design as a template or a guide for what we want.

We will also provide all the text and logos needed for our site.

We will also provide the 5 second flash Introduction

***OF KEY IMPORTANCE**** DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU CAN DO THE FOLLOWING*

1.You must be able to build websites that has objects moving in the background

2.be able to place our working website on our hosting server

3. Sign an NDA - non disclosure agreement

4. have samples of websites with moving backgrounds that you can send us.


FAQ
what I mean by moving background?
I do not mean a frame that moves... but I mean the entire background of the website has elements that move
For example: Imagine a website with a background of outer space that shows stars and planets imagine that the planets move in orbit slightly
this is an example of what we want our background to do.


If you can create a flash intro that will blend our 5 second flash intro into the website that would be great, and we would look forward to hearing your proposals. otherwise we will just allow our flash intro to be the at the entrance of the site as-is by itself.
