Hi. I'm looking for a programmer who could make me a simple programme that would modify csv file.

how should it work?
in original csv file I have a row called category, in another csv file I have rows: category (same as in original file), category level 1, category level 2 and I want to change category row into category level 1, category level 2. in some cases I might not have category in my 2nd file, therefore I would need the programme to tell me which categories were not changed so I could write category level 1, category level 2 into programme manually OR by inserting another file OR you could offer me a simplier way to do so. Also, in some cases I might need to change not only category, but, e.g. location into location level 1, location level 2, so it would be nice if I could change more than 1 row in the original file into as many rows as I would need.

what type of programme it will be: java, NET, c++ or whatever is not important for me as long it can run on my PC and do what I need.
