we need a server/client on line realmoney Multiplayer Chess like this site http://www.playe4.com/

The concept is like poker on line multyplayer games

The application MUST have this :
- LOBBY WITH:
- ACTIVE ( with 10 rooms )free gaming with possibility to play in real money
- BULLET ( with 10 rooms ) ( speed 3 minute )
- BLIZ ( with 10 rooms )( with max time 15 minute )
- TOURNAMENT ( with 10 rooms ) with phases.

NB: we have not interested in 3D chees application, we need only 2D application with CHAT and history of hands

We need THE SAME client/server application with antichaet protection

We pay in this way :
4 PHASES:

1 : 30% of project to an Escrow Account after
- creation of winsocket clinet /server application , and structure of server , application with graphic tabstrip, datagrid and db
2: 30% of project to an Escrow Account ( total 60% )after
- creation of games with all necessary ( chat, history , games movements , time movements, money deposit and withdrawal)
3: 30% of project to an Escrow Account ( total 90% )after
- creation of ADMIN pannel to see tournament , game statistics balance , deposit, withdraw acc.e cc.testing all necessary to put this on line BETA TESTING
4: 10% to an Escrow Account ( total 100% )after
fix bugs and antichaet protection tests.
At the end, we deliver all money in accoding with GAF POLICY ( another request of payment are not considered)

If we are satisfied of all , we pay month assistance too and other project too

We Search :
- honesty and seriousness in developing (automatic bid are not considered )
- People with have already developed a similar project have good chance...

If it's possible we prefare open source DB like mysql ( for all storage ) and php for ADMINISTRATIVE INTERFACE.

Also another language programs like FLASH and ACTION SCRIPT are ok to do this, the important is that the server and client are an EXE file.
