I have already sniper in java, but without confirmation (due to ebay's rules any bid should be confirmed manually). It works fine for their tect items(in sandbox). Time to complete project mostly depends on time of approving code from Ebay (it it necessary to take access to bidding on real auctions, not in sandbox)
