Description

I need a clone of this software:

http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-YouTube-to-MP3-Converter.htm

But with a few changes:

- During installation, my logo will appear left of the installation screen
- After installation it will open a browser to my website
- When opening the program, it has to start directly (not some kind of splash screen)
- The menu bar at the top (with website/email/forum/etc..) is not necessary)
- The function 'MP3 tags' is not needed
- No preset function, always encode in 128kbps
- No program preferences
- A 468x60 banner should be placed below the horizontal line just above the 'download' button. This needs to be clickable and redirect to a php page on my website (which then redirects to a partner website), the image should fetched from my server.
- After clicking download, a 250x250 box instead of the 'join the forum' ad, same applies here (but different php file).

This has to be done ASAP! So please respond with your timeframe! I will provide the installation logo and information you need.
