Description

I need progarmme writen in pure java or C++ which will do the following.

1. Take input sound file AMR.
2. Will provide the user to increase the speed on the file ie voice speed playback and save it.
3. The user will be able to play the saved file and have option to reduce the speed of the voice file to able to hear the voice correctly.
4. The progarmme code should not use and floating point calculations.
5. The programme should use the min processor power and should use heap memory of 500 kb.
6. The Amr file will be of only 10 min max length.
