Description

Okay I'm looking to have a Software built for my music site. I am calling it the CJ MP3 Player.
The CJ player I want it to be able too play simple mp3 files.

Here's the catch:
1. When the software is running I want it to hide in the background of the PC, being able to
play the selected mp3 music.
2. The software is to start up when Windows is turned on and running, playing the same
selected music in the background.
3. A (F12 key, ALT) command that will bring the CJ Player out of hiding.
4. I would like to work with the designer on some of the basic commands for using and
running this possible software. (I am thinking of selling this software online)

These four items is what I want and I am willing to work with it or around.

I have developped a web server which begin to run when windows start up, and run in background unless hotkey is pressed. And i have developed a voice transport project which encode and decode voice by mp3 to save bandwidth. I think your requirement is very easy to me. I can also add a icon on the down-right conner of the screen.
