Description
iPowerHour iPhone ApplicationPower Hour is a type of drinking game in which every player takes a shot of beer for each minute that passes on the hour (60 total shots of beer over 60 minutes). Often times, players use a music CD that changes songs every minute to indicate that the minute has passed and a new shot of beer needs to be taken.
We would like an application developed for the iPhone that will help users play the ‘Power Hour’ drinking game, named iPowerHour. iPowerHour will automatically play a minute of each song from your iTunes playlist. At the end of each minute, an short indicator sound will ring to indicate that the minute is over and a new shot needs to be taken. After the indicator sound, a new minute long music clip will play, etc. until all 60 minutes are complete. Throughout the game, the current minute # will be indicated on the screen.
The application will allow the player to customize the following settings:
- Choose to use custom iTunes play lists or shuffle random songs
- Choose 1 of 3 drink indicator sounds to use for each round (This will be a short bell ring or short sound clip to indicate that the current minute is up and a new shot of beer needs to be taken)
- Choose between 2 game type settings: 60 minutes (Power Hour) or 100 minutes (Century Club)
