Description

I am in need of a simple Iphone application.
The Application will have the following:

-A Splash screen

-A UI list view as the home page listing two items: 'Drugs' & 'Contact Us'
--A subcategory below 'Drugs' that will list approximately 25 items.
--Each subcategory will then display simple text.
--After the person selects the 'Contact Us' from the home page, they will be directed to a single page which displays a small image as well as text links.

Thats it.
