Description

Coder needs to come up with small application to send data to display on an LED panel. I have sent characters to the display so I know it works. I need a program to automate this job to display certain text in a flashing animation fashion. The flashing text is ascii art, which I have generated, it needs to flash each letter of our company name. I don't have the data-sheet on the LED panel. Coder will be working with someone with an Hons degree in computer engineering and will be capable of technical communication. The attached is an image of the LED with the first letter of our company. It would be useful if the animation text could be adjustable or have interesting animation transitions (pending investigation of data rate capabilities).

Hi, I have experience in RS232 communication using VB6 or VB.NET & C#. I have also experience with letters animation and I can apply any equations to reach the wanted animation. If we use transformation matrix we can get different shapes for letters and can apply different movement types at the same time. I sent examples of this work in PM

Hi, I have experience with RS232 port interfacing using VB6 (mostly parking software). Project time depends on availability of datasheet. If a datasheet is available, it can be done in a much shorter time. Looking forward to hearing from you.
