Description: Need someone to create a tiny window application for me that given a list of property data (Purchase price, rent, financing terms, fix up cost, vacancy rate etc...), it will calculate the net operating income, cash flow, cap rate and such

I need 3 tabs, first 2 pages are like the pic shown, and the third page is all the default setting, ie. vacancy rate = 5%, Insurance, repair cost, tax rate...

Just to make sure everyone understands. I will need the source code to this project too because I am a programmer as well. I may make touch up modifications to the code.
