Description

Looking to create a private secure P2P network. The hassle with normal P2P networks like Lime Wire or Kazaa is that you never know what your going to get. This will be an application you download and install on your system that opens up a private network for P2P. This service is free for anyone to use of course and will require website as well. Users will login through the application and have an interface similar to Vuze (or if you can think of a better one) in order to search for docs and pics. Users will also be able to create their own P2P networks within our network so that they can share things with there family and friends. I am in process of getting all the servers together for this across the country, but need the application designed as well as the website. I don't care what language it is in, but it must look professional and work well. I prefer C# or .NET but I am not picky if you can convince me otherwise. Should also be able to create a single click standalone application that will act as connector. So that if a user installed the application, they can take a single click exe file on a thumb drive so that they may access their pc form anywhere. A portable version. This will mostly be used for accessing your pc remotely for files, like a portable private vpn.

Most important feature that will be built into this application will be the use of 2 things, one is going to be a secure server, ssl connections and secure connections between clients, and within the application there will be built in virus and malaware scanners that scan all uploads to the servers. This will prevent any malicious files in the server so that people can share securely.
