I am looking to have a basic port-testing program created(windows or dos), which I can send to a customer to check they have the correct ports open.

The program needs to have the ability to load/save config files, whereby each config file will specifically test a number of ports. For example a config file named "border controller" will test the following ports:

1719 UDP
2776 TCP
2776 UDP
2777 RTCP

I would then send a customer this program with the config file, and they would load the config file, and it would check these ports are open, so that they can connect to our border controller server.

We need to be able to create these config files ourselves (perhaps as a text file?) that can be loaded into the program to test the ports are open.

I do not mind which programming language this is created in.

as I say, we need a program that allows us to create multiple configs....for example a config for a TMS server, a config for a VCS expressway, a config for a MCU, etc etc.....and each config will be different TCP/UDP ports.

Please contact me with your proposed solutions. Preference will be given to those who can provide a working demo...perhaps to show one config.
