Description

I'm looking for a voice encryption solution for symbian phones (blackberry/iphone might be interested too). Source code must include full documentation(!) which will allow me to continue developing it inhouse for another platform. Price should include at least 100 hours of customization/support.

Bid will be accepted only from experienced developer. You should provide sample working copy of software as proof.
