Hi
I am looking for developers with 2 to 3 years of actual development experience in JAVA and VC++. Only developers who had actually worked in JAVA and VC++ will be considered.

Ok, I should have mentioned this earlier... I'm looking for developers whom I can employ - not on a project basis. I will consider programmers from India only, preferrably from South India. Please indicate your interests.
