Description

Complete Loan Modification Software Solution request.

I would like a software to allow loan companies to enter their clients information(step 1),
then populate that information into Pre-Written contracts thus the name and address will automatically go into the pre-made contracts(step 2)
then i want the end user to able to adjust numbers on a loan feature allowing end user to interact with clients entered information and different loan programs and interest rates which will be entered in by end user(step 3).
Then I want end user to upload documents into Clients File we can call it Doc Storage feature for each client. Thus if end user collects contract back from client, I want end user to be able to upload that into clients profile within software(step 4).
The next step is to email all finished contracts and document, thus I want program to be able to export to outlook and allow end user to enter email and send all documents/contracts via microsoft outlook(step 5).
Then I want end user to allow to print a fee collection document to allow end user to collect fees, thus clients information must be able to populate into a fee agreement and be able to print(step 6)

After this I want end user to store all this information into the software and see it in user friendly fashion multiple clients, I want it color coded so that if a clients information is mission or something needs to be done with a clients file I want it labeled red, if a clients file is complete I want it black label around it(step 7), etc.

I want the software to look professional and user friendly.
