Description

Need an OCR to read the text embedded in the recaptcha images. I prefer the OCR to be develop as a .dll so that it will be easy to add it as a reference in my existing program. There is a chance for long time job opportunity after completing this project successfully as there is many other advance captchas that need to be decoded.
I have attach a couple of sample images for examples.

Requirements:

1. The solution must be Thread Safe, as multiple images will need to be answered at any given time. The ocr should be able to process and answer at least 100 images simultaneously at any given time.

2. The solution must be able to output an answer as a string in less then a second after it has recieved the image in the format of a .bmp or .jpg.

3. The solution must be compatible with csharp and .net 2.0 or greater. Also it needs to package as a .dll to allow easy integration with an existing csharp application.

4. The solutions preferred accuracy is atleast 65%.
