Dear Developers


We need some one to develop Bluetooth marketing system based on java Bluecove library tot work on windows and lunix operating system the system should have the following:

1- Add items in content list that are supported by mobiles phones.
2- Schedule the sending of the items based on dates and time to be sending.
3- Able to memories the send list after closing the software and able to save the list for future use.
4- The system should have identify the types of devices discovered example (pc, mobile, PDA ...etc)
5- The system should be able to generate reports daily, monthly, who received, who rejected.
6- The system should be light fast in discovery fast in sending.
7- The system should be able to send content to as maximum devices in the area at the same time.
8- The operation should be continually discovering while sending new devices and start sending to them
9- The system show have icons and interface that make it easy to use with out any educational materials


We preface people with an experience in the industry and some examples to convince us in doing the selection.
