Description

This should be a fairly easy project for someone who know what they are doing. I need a working IP proxy program/script that will give me BRAND NEW WORKING proxies. I repeat, WORKING proxies that I can use for internet connection. I'd prefer a program because scripts can get blocked. This is an easy project there for only bid $30 dollars or less, I'm not looking for someone to make the program. Just for someone to find it and it work properly.

I must be able to test the program itself or you send me WORKING IP's that I can test that way.
