Description

We want to provide facility to send sms in different Indian and european languages. Befor sending the message application should determine the handset of user and should know that the handset of user supports unicode format in that language or not.

Hi sir, I have an experience writing of JAVA application for SMS and USSD services for mobile operators. According to character encoding, corresponding character set encoding can be set in SMPP packet to display message. Because I have an experience with SMPP and VAS, I know some tricks of SMS messages creating using unicode characters.

Hello Sir, We are very versed in VAS for mobiles. Have made webapplications in java that help you manage your contacts and messages(in all languages) and sent it to different mobiles using SMPP connection over SMSC. We can very well be suited for your requirement. Only challenge we might face is to recognize user handset support for unicode characters, which we will need to work on.
