Description

Hi,

I am looking for a someone who can write Bandwidth usage limitation software for windows mobile phone.
This program will work like this, program will monitor the GPRS connections which are used by other applications like internet browser, etc.... and those connection will be disconnected when the bandwidth usage is met.
