Description

I have a Windows Mobile Application written in C++ and I need developer to create/apply a GUI for it. Must be Full screen (no windows menu), black gloss or gradient, add a splash screen. The application is very simple, 1 form and 1 softkey button.

This is URGENT project, must be done in next few hours! If you are online right now and can do it, let me know. I will choose coder right away
