PLEASE READ!! IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT BID!!!!

I want to clone some of these site game this http://www.onlypoints.com/arcadeindex.php/category/Multiplayer/1/ only want 7 of the games included and features(also with a couple features of mine will be release thou PM)..I need 2 games from this site www.flyordie.com 8-Ball Pool, Go-Moku( tic tac toe)All the games are muliplayers. I only need serious bidder. I have something else i need to add to the site but will be discuss in PM.
I need previous works references need to BE GAME RELATED. I need the site complete, meaning design and update to my server.

Please stay on the budget categories the site is listed. I would be paying by progress. This is how the money will be escrow:

1. 20% When some of the the games are done.
2. 50% when everything are done.
3. The rest 30% when the site is on my server and completely working and all the source codes handle to me.

Note: Previews work is required.. I need the site to be really safe from hackers.
