Description:	I kind of need a dual service here and possibly may need to post two projects. I will base that decision on the results of this project posting. I have a website I am working on and have a simple issue with flash, well one that I am sure must be simple, I just am not an expert at flash so I cannot figure it out. I need to place a PayPal checkout button in my flash site. I cannot figure it out. All the buttons I am getting from PayPal are for html only. The current site is only HTML with a flash header however when I upload the new site files, the new site is all flash based. So I cant figure out how to place a PayPal button in flash. Maybe someone can tell me how to do that. The other thing I need is a programmer. This site sells a security program proprietary to me and the site of course. Well I want to revamp the software and make it look more modern. I am not a programmer by any means. I am a systems engineer and just enjoy website design for fun and also own a few sites myself. So I have no idea what programming language it is or anything. What I simply want to do is make it "prettier" and more graphical for users. This way it looks more appealing to the eye. What the program does is perfect, maybe the bidder will have ideas on what to add to it. I don't know. My budget isnt too high on this project. The flash button shouldn't be very difficult to just tell me if its even possible of course. Let me know what you need.
