Our company wants to distribute a free tool that makes it easy to count the cash-in-drawer totals up to three cashregisters.
This software should be downloadable from our website and unlimited free of use as a promotional gift with our logo and embedded links to our website, internetshop and supportpage. It has to be simple and small in file-size. (We thought about just one flash file)
The tool has to work without the availability of other MS-Windows applications like MS-Excell etc.
The users counts the coins and banknotes from the cash-in-drawer and fills in the counted numbers of each coin, banknote etc. and the amount of change that was in the drawer on the day start. The software calculates the totals of each coin, banknote and total in drawer, substracts the start amount and calculates the sales total.
The software has to able to count up to three differtent cashdrawers and add it up in a final total cash-in-drawer and total-sales.
It also needs to to have one print button that prints the entire calculation on only 1 A4 sized page (with our company logo and website address printed small at the bottom)
The currency that has to be counted is the European Euro currency in
1 cent, 2 cent, 5 cent, 10 cent, 20 cent, 50 cent, 1 euro, 2 euro coins and 5 euro, 10 euro, 20 euro, 50 euro, 100 euro, 200 euro and 500 euro banknotes.
The software has to carry our company logo and has to have three embedded internet links. The logo has to link to our website, one button has to link to our webshop and one to the "free manual download section" on our website. The software is meant to be used in shops, restaurants etc. and it has to carry a graphic background that shows our main Touchscreen Cashregister in very light contours.

This also seems like something quick and easy I could produce. I have plenty of experience in Math based flash processing, I produced a system similar to this last year for my schools Young Enterprise company (an entrepreneurr scheme in schools), where they could keep track of their money during events.
In middle of exams right now, but I could probably finish this within a week or two, and definately within 4 (exams end in 3).

| I can give you an executable (less than half MB), which will include sample database inside itself and can be executed even from floppy without any setup or support of any other application (until it does not requires any data export to MS Excel/Winword etc). It will let users decide the number of drawers from one to millions (subject only to any predesigned limitation by you) and in addition to predesigned support for Euro, user might be allowed to specify their own currency names and denominations and optional images for coins/notes.

| sir,i hava write a system similar to yours 2 years ago use delphi , it can save a record of everydays in come for a shop in a small database,aslo can print a report. i can modify it to fit your requirement . so i think $500 could be enough for me. i need about 10 days to modify it and another 10 days to update it after your judge.
