Description

Looking to hire a hardware programmer using the wiring language/C language
to affect the following program for the arduino platform

The Arduino or similar device must be able to store an file of around 50Megs (likely in accompanying flash memory). when the object is activated(turned on) it needs to automatically look for and try and connect with any nearby computer using bluetooth protocols.

If the computer accepts the pairing, the arduino should automatically try and upload the file to the computer. If a new computer comes into the area, it should continue to repeat the process. If the computer has already accepted the file, it should know to better than to try and send it again.

The programmer should be able to code for and test this object, and live and work in the United States, ideally in the NY area.
