Hello! I can help you with this project. There is a SDK in windws called (WDK) windows driver kit. It contains a sample called filespy, with monitors IO activity in your system. I just have to add details about file creation time, etc to it and make an interface, with is not hard at all, I have experience with this. FileSpy alone, will not provide you with all the information that you need, and the interface is a console application. The reason it takes 7 days is because driver programming is very sensitive, a little bug may lead to a blue screen, so it must be tested properly. To achieve what you want it's imperative to use filter drivers. A user mode application won't show you so many details. Thanks!

i have a source program, in c++ buider 6. - you can see all process (infos process , kill process ....) - list of threads by process - liste of all windows bye process in tree form (infos windows ....class name ....) -all modules .... but is not termined yet
