Description

Dear all,

I need somebody who is profiecient in desktop programming, currently i downloaded an games emulator for 02jam games.

and this emulator doesnt support others language other than Chinese language.

Currently this program only support CHinese Words, so you have to be good in chinese language,or atleast u can read chinese and have converter for that language like njstar..or others that is freely available at the web

however i dont know how to read it. and need sombody who is expert to create me a patch for the language. i dont know if this is do able..

this is not a commercial program..as this is a free program...if any of you can do this please let me know

the emulator files are small...

around 2-3MB

please let me know...

this is a trial work..as i have loads more work coming so the max budget will be only USD30.
