Hi,

I am looking for someone who can create a stock database system for us on Excel, Acess or any other program.i dont mind any program but it should be easy to use & user friendly.

I will explain you everything step by step below.

We are a Online & wholesale Business and we stock around more than 1000 different items.We sale our products on different online marketplace.

We got Two Units where i can say here Unit A & Unit B , our all stock comes into Unit B first , where we keep a stock of all items. In Unit A we bring minimum 12 pcs for each items and keep open stock for our daily order packing and then at the end of day again whatever is low in Unit A we bring boxes from Unit B & fillup empty spaces.

This way we need a stock database where our delivery comes in we will enter all stock in Unit B which will keep record of full quantity how many items came in, then from there when we bring stuff into Unit A system should (-) minus quantity automatically from unit B, when we enter that quantity into Unit A.

Obviously quantity will be enter in database manually, to clarify you our all items have barcode and we will use barcode reader scanner for all items , some items are without barcode or duplicate, in this case i want software to create our own barcode and give small barcode prints which we can stick on individual items.

The database will keep stock control of both Unit A & Unit B , for Unit A whatever items we will send out we will (-)minus them at the end of day manually.

Please note Unit B should have system where it will keep record of full year , how many quantity for individual item came in.

System should give us warning of OUT OF STOCK IN UNIT-B or low quantity
System should give us re-order stock warning, there should be saperate folder/tab where we can see daily what item need to be re-order, if items goes to certain level quantity then item should automatically go into reorder tab/folder.

Once item is (0)zero in stock then it should be move automatically to out of stock tab/folder


Database should be searchable by Barcode, Deccription , Sku

We need following columns in our database

Date , Description, Item SKU (location)in unit A & B , Barcode
