Need a custom program that will grab or cut and paste data from this county website : http://propaccess.trueautomation.com/clientdb/?cid=67 (and other clone sites just like it), and put it into a comma separated text file so I can export it into excel.The county sites have several thousand land records, and I have been going in and cutting and pasting the fields I need by hand into a spreadsheet. The program needs to go through the entire database name by name starting with the Last Names beginning with "A" all the way to "Z". It needs to cut and paste only the fields I've outlined in the screenshots from each record. Here's the fields I need:

I have explained step by step in the attached files with screenshots how it looks. This software will not for resale only personal use, so it doesn't need to be fancy. Prefer a Windows Desktop application. I just need to stop doing it manually. I saw a program that did this before and it could be left on all night and in the morning you would have all the data in your file ready to go.
