Description:	To write a plug-in for Winamp v5 (programming language C ++ or C#), for a frequency filtration of incoming stream. It means, that a target stream will be an audiostream being in a frequency range between the set parameters the bottom and top frequencies (a strip of frequencies). Also it is necessary to provide the button of inclusion of a plug-in from the user toolbar (as playlist, an equalizer). In an option window of a plug-in it is necessary to provide edititng of a filter parameters (the bottom frequency, the top frequency, type of a target stream). The bottom and top frequencies are set in TextBox, units of measure Hertz. The type of a target stream is defined by CheckBox, checked - a target stream in a file, unchecked - a target stream in audio.
