Description

I am looking to advertise a website on several vBulletin forums and I am looking for someone who can provide a service of mass PMing.

I will be more inclined to select you by how advanced you can get with this. For example, if you can mass PM only to everyone who has posted in a particular subforum, instead of simply every user ID. I need someone who can guarantee PM inboxing! I had a job like this done before where I had usernames seeded at random user IDs on a forum and none of them had the PM in their inbox, I need someone who can get the job done.
