Tasks:

Setting up and managing the affiliate management program for a group of gay adult sites.

Preparing and distributing weekly promotional materials (videos, photos, blog posts)to affiliates,

Actively promoting the program by participating in various adult webmaster boards

Recruiting new affiliates according to mutually agreed targets.

This job will be a lot easier if you're gay and comfortable with gay adult material. Of course you need to have good communication skills, and you must be good at writing.
