This is a RE-POST of a project the first provider did not deliver on the work..... Exact project re-posted below. I need this work completed ASAP.

This is a scaled back version of a previous job I posted here. The first project was a little to big for our first step. So we've decided to scale it back. I've included three files with this listing you should review before bidding. In a nut shell this project is for creating an admin area where we can manage a database full of local business listings.

We need to be able to import, edit, add, and delete listings. All of this must be done from a simple web interface admin area that is password protected.

Note the two CSV files attached are the types we need to be able to import.
