I would like a Adobe Lifecycle PDF form to folow up our projects.
Projects are divided into 6 steps, each containing about 1 page of information. (Project description, Bill of materials, materials reconciliation, quality check and listing of working hours). The entered information should be stored in a database to allow data lookups.
