Description

We are creating an educational program allowing people to use their webcam to record themselves speaking and watch it back after.

Hurdles we need to over come:
- This 'program' needs to work online and offline via a CD
- while the camera is recording it would be nice for the computer screen to show an audience.

My ideal solution is that this 'program' is HTML or Flash based.
