I require a individual who has about 1 hour ( or more )a day free to get a site up and running.

Ideal for students?

If you are anywhere near the midlands in the UK the better.

I am willing to share profits 50%-50% on what this website makes.

I prefer UK bidders who know ASP and SQL.

Other admin duties may include emailing prospective clients.

Low cost bids are welcome as this is ideally a long term business partnership.

Experience and portfolio essential.

The site can be out of the box scripts anyhow as long as it works.

The site will need to allow people to register.

The site will need a feedback system like ebay.

The site will need to be able to process transactions.
