Description

Attached is the content of concept for the Tri-fold brochure that I'd like to be designed.

Here are the terms of this project:
1. Flexible with changes
2. Illustration to be used could be cartoon or actual photo
3. All materials has to be royalty free and will be the property of XRealty.NET LLC
4. Find/recommend the best place to put the logo
5. Stretch the content/text accordingly
6. Source file has to be in Adobe Photoshop and MS Word format

Please provide links to samples/portfolio when responding. We prefer bidders to have experience in Professional Brochure design. Those who have no experience are welcome to bid but will have to present concept to be considered.

CLARIFICATION:
Winning Bidder has to provide the illustrations and other graphics royalty free. The only graphic I will provide is my company logo which will follow shortly.
