An Advertising Web Site that is unique, This site will utilize standard technology, do not create any thing new just put them all together. It should be almost like Digital Signage in functionality but running on a web page.

the entire top part of the screen should be scrolling video, clips, static adds, banners, what ever is submitted to run on the play list.
Site must be able to be managed remotely and clients should be able to submit their ad in supported format a be able to view what is will look like but can only be published my the webmaster. All submissions or items in the play list should have links to where ever the advertiser wants to link to. The system must account for run time and give reports for each advertiser.

This will be a billing system so ecommerce will have to be available to charge for the advertising based on impressions, or run time, durations, sec, min, hours, days, weeks, months, years. Site must be corporate looking but flashy to capture attention.

Again the top 2/3 of the screen should be the display nothing else in not a fancy border or frame.

Something similar but not exactly is www.vanwagner.com, www.americanapparel.com Visitors will be able to stop go back or skip, click on anything that is playing and link to either more info or jump to the advertisers site. The bottom 1/3 of the site will be the a small section will have info related to what is playing above in the window. Also menu and news, ticker tape, Feeds, some small banners etc. All pages or menu items will only change this bottom portion of the screen the top 2/3 will continue to go through the play list.

It has to be fast, the loading of each new ad has to be seamless or during the load our company info or message covers the screen during transition.
