Description

We have designed a portal for a city and need to have it completed - Photoshop and graphic design only. We have the coders for all backend work. I have the initial photoshop and color scheme done already.

When you bid, I will PM you the sites that have given us the inspiration and we would like to have copied or incorporated into our design and template for the site.

Also, we would like to have our front page looked at and any further changes in graphics or suggestions for a better looking front end would be greatly appreciated.

We need this started asap.
