Dear Freelancers,

I am after a team/group/business of people who have expertise in:

- C#
- C++
- MySQL Databases
- Design

So here is my current situation: I own an image hosting, sharing & manipulation website. I want you to create a desktop
application which has the ability to do the following things:

- Upload images straight from the users desktop
- The image will then be sent to my MySQL database
- The application will then output the direct link of the image

I can provide you with what you should base your design around. You can find the images attatched.

NOTE: THIS IS ONLY A MOCKUP DESIGN. YOUR QUALITY SHOULD BE MUCH BETTER.

The options the user will have include:

- HOME (this will take the user to the default home of the desktop application)
- UPLOAD (this will take the user to the upload form of the desktop application)
- EXIT (this will close the application)


In your bid please include how you intend on approaching this project, links to your past C++/C# projects and any other
relevant information.

Relevant past work is a must as well as positive reviews. This involves abit of website security so you must be trustworthy.
Applicants from English speaking countries is a bonus.

All images found in my mockup design can be found on my website which will be told to the winning service provider.
