Description

Site for lettings agency. I will provide photoshop layout for each page ready to be sliced, including admin look and feel. Very simple flash movie to be embedded on home page only - to use swfobject to embed. Important - once complete, I will need to be able to make small amendments to static pages in Dreamweaver for client. Budget is $100

Site to have:

• Simple CMS for property lettings agency. Will need to be able to input small and large images, text number of bedrooms, area postcode, 'let' function etc in simple easy to use admin pages.

• Store and verify emails

• Search capabilities for all properties, by various parameters

• Dynamically created detail property pages for each property

• 10 static pages maximum - I will provide photoshop layout for each page.

• must be PHP/mySQL Linux database driven

• Search capabilities must provide users the functionally to type the first letter of something and all names beginning with that letter appear.

• Simple contact form

Note again: I will provide layouts for each static page (these will be ready in a few days). Budget is $100 -when I have the layouts ready, will need done within 5 days

Incentives of 5% will be paid if early (including rework complete)

Penalties 5% per week will be enforced if late
